Dear Catherine,

I want to thank you for being my angel...  my angel and Joey's angel.  Losing Joey after over 21 years was one of the hardest experiences I have ever had.  And that experience was made even harder when the vet accidentally transferred Joey's body away.  But you went to unbelievable lengths to find him and take him into your care.  You took care of me and Joey with love and respect.  And for that I am eternally grateful and cannot thank you enough.

You and your service is incredible.  You responded to my email within hours.  I can't even imagine how much time you spent with me on the phone.  The trouble you went to, to find him and pick him up was unbelievable.  You spent hours in traffic to bring Joey's ashes to me and even spent so much time with me at my home.  You arrived almost with wings on your back, because Catherine, you are an angel.

Dear Catherine,

We want to thank you for the excellent quiet and private time we spent at Eternal Companions with ChiChi.  Your attention to details in preparing ChiChi for cremation was a great comfort to us.

We loved ChiChi very much and those last peaceful moments with him will be remembered always.  We will always be grateful to Eternal Companions for being able to bring ChiChi back home immediately and sharing the great memories.

ChiChi was an affectionate little guy and we loved holding him close to us and caressing him all those years.  Our home is very quiet and will never be the same without ChiChi but the memories will live on forever.  We miss ChiChi immensely.

Following the untimely death of my dog Kelly, Jocelyne quickly came to my home to pick up Kelly's body in a caring and professional manner.  I was able to decide how I wanted to proceed with my memorial plans once the initial shock had subsided.

Jocelyne, when we lost our beloved Rocco after 21 years we were comforted to be able to turn to you.  He was a little man with a big heart, we miss him very much. . .  

We were very pleased with the care you took in his cremation.  When you showed us the hand blown glass memories made with their ashes, we knew this would be a keepsake that would come to the office with us and not be misunderstood.  We keep them close to us and know that the spirit of both Barney & Rocco will always be with us.

Jocelyne -- just a few words to thank you and the staff at Eternal Companions from the bottom of my heart for the quality service and compassion given to me when I needed it most.  

Three of my dearest pet-friends passed away in the last two years ("Ralph" -- my big loveable beautiful Briard, "Jon Jon" -- the sweetest kindest cat I've ever known, and earlier this year "Dreyfus" -- gentle sweet wonderful friend and companion for close to 17 years).  I miss them all dearly.

Thank you for the quick and efficient way you handled things, and most importantly to me, the personal attention, kindness and respect you bestowed on my beautiful pets. Knowing how well they were treated made me feel good inside, despite the deep sadness. I will always remember you taking that extra time while I said goodbye to Dreyfus.  

Thanks also for bringing them back to me so quickly in their beautiful urns.  Their keepsake plaster paw prints were unexpected and will be treasured always as will the wonderful memories of my three boys.  

I have definitely recommended you to family and friends.

I found Pucci when I was 13 years old.  He was my first dog;  I fell in love with him immediately.  I've lived with him longer than without.  For almost 15 years we shared our lives together and developed a wonderful bond that went beyond anything I had hoped for.

On August 25th, 2007, he passed away in my arms;  it was very emotional and it was harder than I ever imagined but peaceful at the same time.

Pucci was a member of our family and was always treated as one, right until the very end. This was of  the utmost importance to us and that's why we chose Jocelyne and her memorial centre.  The service Eternal Companions provided was discreet, respectful and they treated Pucci with the dignity he deserved.  That's exactly what we needed and had hoped for.
